ROLE DESCRIPTION
Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Inside Customer Support Representative. Spanish-English bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse client base. Part time and Full-time candidates, college students are encouraged to join with office hour from Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including assisting clients with billing, document, claim questions
- Support insurance agents with policy management and customer service tasks
- Accurately maintain records and documentation in agency systems
- Phone answering and taking message
- Scheduling appointments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated to contribute to agency growth
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Part-time position with standard office hours Monday to Friday.
Compensation $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
