"UPDATED AFTER ONE MONTH EXPERIENCED WITH THEM. The representative Karen Vo is ok. Another one, Remy Huynh is better, but the company's policy and way to do their job unprofessionally. They sold me their product, i paid exactly as their requested, but one month later, they asked for more with an unreasonable and non-persuading reason, which appeared after one month. I only gotta cancel mine after communications between they and me became harder, more difficult, you called, left voice and text messages, emails...You got no answers_ they seem to always be busy. I required a cancellation letter or form, but they said they only have one way to do it: Sending you an email saying that you wanna cancel your policy with them_ No Date, No policy number, No signaturs from both sides.... That's it? How come, i was wondering, a big insurance company like State Farm has no form of cancellation for their agents and clients? So disappointed."

"My cousin and I just went there last week to get a new plolicy. Everything was above and beyond, the staffs and the owner are super nice and friendly. Chi Karen is pretty nice, and she explained and answered all the questions that we might concern. She also helped us a lot to get a good price for both of our cars. "I got into an emergency situation where my car insurance all of the sudden got canceled without my notice. Since I found out on Sunday, eventually the office wasn’t open but as I gave it a chance and contacted Karen, she responded as soon as she can and helped me to ease my mind and solve the problem that I had.
