Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team, playing a pivotal role in transitioning prospects from service inquiries to sales opportunities. In this position, you will support insurance agents by fostering strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth through a customer-focused approach.
As an Inside Sales Representative, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment. Your ability to educate customers about insurance products and effectively communicate will be essential in converting service interactions into valuable business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as needed to nurture leads and close sales
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers on appropriate insurance products tailored to their unique situations
- Collaborate closely with insurance agents to support sales goals and business development initiatives
- Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting agency growth
Qualifications
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
- Prior sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail, telemarketing, or related fields)
- Ability and willingness to obtain Property and Casualty
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset
- Motivated to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing and sales goals
Compensation
- Hourly plus commission plus bonus.
